This Smart Technology
electric tankless water heater is configured for climates where incoming
water temperatures are in the 60°F to 78°F range. These models are well
suited for homes in the southern States.
Digital Temperature Control allows you to set your temperature up to 125°F. Designed for a maximum flow rate of 1.5 GPM.
Maximum Flow Rate Desired: You should consider the maximum flow rate
you really need or use. See the chart below for flow rate guidelines for various
hot water applications in the home. The average shower temperatures are
between 98°F to 105°F. The chart is based on a 220V input voltage
and maximum flow rates are listed for various incoming water temperatures.
If you typically use about 2.5 gallons per minute (one shower with water
saver showerheads and one hand sink) at the same time, find the 2.5 GPM on
the chart or the number closes to it. If the number is highlighted in GREEN, then it is the correct model for
you. If it is highlighted in YELLOW, that
means you can get by with it. If it is highlighted in RED, then consider a model a step or two
up.
